Employment - The Lost Asylum

..............

CHARGE - 1960's

My name is Heidi and I live in Southington, CT. My Aunt had worked at Fairfield Hills as a Charge, for a few years back in the 1960's.

My aunt told me of how she would have to transport patients through the tunnels, and how creepy it was. She said that they always had an Orderly go with her, in case the patient got out of hand.

She quit, and went to work at Southbury Training School, because she said most of the employees at Fairfield Hills were cruel to the patients, and alot of the patients were violent.
